Julius & Amy Swanigan are the proud owner of Swanigan Flooring & Renovations INC, where we take great pride in our excellent workmanship, and the ability to deliver outstanding results. Since our founding 5 years ago, we’ve worked hard toward building and maintaining a positive reputation here in the Emerald Coast area. Here is just a little about myself... I have 35 years experience in the business and absolutely love what I do and I love bringing a smile to my customers face. I am passionate about my job, my church, family and life.

I cannot say enough about the workmanship, responsiveness, and professionalism of Julius and Swanigan Flooring. He removed over 850 sq ft of engineered hardwood and installed wood look tile. He loves what he does and it shows. Incredible work ethic - worked until almost midnight one night only because he told us he was committed to finishing on time, no matter what hurdle was thrown at him. Great attention to detail in the tile work. I was extremely impressed with how much he genuinely cared about the result. It mattered to him personally to get it right. Most importantly - he is simply a great person and we trusted him implicitly with this work. Would highly recommend!!
